If you are unable to use your QuickBooks online then the reason can be suspended subscription. Now, what to do if in this case?

First, let us see what does suspended mean.
This means that you will be able to use QuickBooks Online in view only mode or read-only mode.

You must have received an email giving you the notification that subscription is suspended due to unsuccessful payment.

Not to worry all you need to do is check your billing and payment details.

To do that you need to follow the below steps:

  • Click on Gear
  • Select Account and Settings.
  • Go to Billing & Subscription.
  • Now, below Payment method, select Edit.
  • Complete the card information correctly. Please note that the information provided here has to be the same as on your card.
  • Finally, save the changes.

To know how much you will be charged kindly check that on your account page where you update your billing details and this completely depends on the services you are subscribed to.
After complete payment, the suspension will be active in some time or at the latest by 12 am PST.

You might have a question that will you be charged for previous months. So, no you will not be charged for previous months wherein you received free QuickBooks Online subscription.
