  5. You need to select a location that will save your portable company file.

Now you will get a portable company file which can send online or put on a USB. The file will look like this: [Unique company file name].qbm.

Step 4: You are required to open a portable company file

Important: Don’t use the same name for your portable company file and regular company file. If you save them in the same folder, the portable file will overwrite the regular one.

Either can either rename the portable company file, or save it to a different folder.

  1. Now decide that where you want to restore the file page, then select Next.
  2. Once the user is ready to open your file, click & select Save.
